Teacher quick start

Log in as the teacher and create or select a class.

Share the 6-character join code with students.

Open Settings to set up subject buttons, helpful hints, and finishing-off work.

Watch the live queue and use Start Helping, Done, Remove, or Bump to top.
Student quick start

Open the student join page on the iPad.

Enter the class join code and first name.

Choose a subject, enter what needs help, then join the queue.

Check position in queue and use the while-you-wait tasks or resources.
Common questions
Can students see other students in the queue?
No. Students only see their own request status and queue position.
How do I remove a class?
Open Settings, choose the class, then press Delete class and Confirm delete.
What is the difference between finishing-off work and helpful hints?
Finishing-off work appears for every subject. Helpful hints are specific to the selected subject.
What if a student says they cannot join?
Check the join code first, then have them refresh and re-enter their first name and code.
